Top 5 Boxing Instagram Pages

Instagram has been one of the most influential teachers in my boxing career, carrying me through the covid lockdowns. There's endless amounts of content, gems of old school and modern techniques and history at your fingers tips. Here are my Top 5 accounts to take your boxing to the next level:
1.Guerrilla Boxing (@guerrilla_boxing)
This account run by Joe Mendez out of Saginaw, Michigan, US is my personal favorite account on instagram. Guerrilla - a member of a self-governed unit taking part in unconventional warfare against tyrannical authority. Joe runs his club free for under 18s in the community. He posts absolute gems of boxing knowledge giving a perspective I've not seen anywhere else. On a personal note, Joe took the time to analyze one of my fights from a random message I sent him, giving me the best breakdown and advice I've ever received !
Posting the most in-depth and interesting boxing breakdowns I've seen online and coming in at number 2 is Fayz boxing. This account goes deep on specific techniques, game plans and strategies used by fighters in legendary bouts. He explains the why behind the how of everything boxing and gives your a real insight into the mind and thought processes of the greatest ever and their coaches. His podcast also features other great coaches and fighters discussing the real details of the sweet science.
3.Tom Yankello (@tomyankelloboxing)
Yankello was inducted into the Pennsylvania Boxing Hall of Fame in 2022. He cornered Roy Jones Jr in his bout against Mike Tyson and played a key role in the career of world champion Paul Spadafora with coaching his career far from over. His explanations of body mechanics, stance and balance to produce explosive punching power and perfect technique are unparalleled. His intellectual and scientific approach breakdown boxing to its finest details.
4.Tony Jeffries (@tony_jeffries)
Olympic and European medalist and 7 x National Champion Tony Jeffries land at number 4. Tony provides a entertaining and simple teaching method ideal for beginners. This page was one of the first which got me into boxing and Tony always manages to provide some science with a side of humor. A great role model for any aspiring boxer who demonstrates how to build your name and profile and create a great life for yourself outside of boxing.
5.Osta's Boxing (@ostasboxing)
Up and coming coach Al Osta out of Leeds, UK comes in at number 5. A real boxing historian and pugilist, Al posts top quality content and breakdowns focusing on real techniques and skills. He will often post the routines and work outs of all time greats which I find really useful. With a rising pro and amateur stable of top fighters Al and his team are definitely ones to watch.
