Getting Here, Minds Clear

This post is a bit about me and my reasons for creating this platform. I left school with good grades and have now graduated from university with a biomedical science degree. You see me, I'm a deep thinker / boxer / pervious heavy weight weed smoker. This, leaving me in a strong but uncertain position with confusion about where my life will take me next. Over the past year I have steadily learned about blogging and affiliate marketing after being inspired by Instagram content and dreams of escaping the 9-5 career which has been laid out before me.
The past year has been tough, adapting to new situations and coming to terms with new realizations (which we'll get into). Not wanting to climb the corporate ladder just yet I've been working as a teaching assistant (TA), a fulfilling but low-income way to start my working life. Many times this year I've slipped into a negative view of this world, which I ultimately create through my own perception ? Reminding me constantly that it is all a choice, hero or coward? Hard work or regret? The choice to make something of your life is often shrouded by fear and anxiety, a mind frame which must be overcome (spoken about on yesterdays post).
Now settled in my role as a TA I have found the time and energy to reach for something more. How did I find this time and energy you may ask, it has been a long road requiring discipline, resilience, great people in my corner and many steps backwards. Busy people make time. Never-the-less the journey has now begun. I found I was bombarded by information, contrasting opinions and endless attempts to sell me courses. Sound familiar ? The first thing I concluded was the need to be consistent. 1 % a day. Keep it systematic as my old boss would say !
So here we are in my second day of consistency. From here on out I'll document my journey to becoming a successful digital marketer and provide you with all sorts of waffle which I tend to call wisdom. My final spell of the day: Write Your Goals In The Past Tense.
I'm proud now I've consistently built my website, provided value to thousands of people and made repeated commissions from my affiliate links.
Namaste.
